The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of Rome near the Piazza Spagna. It is within walking distance to all the major attractions, as well as being surrounded by great restaurants and shopping options.
The bed mattress was uncomfortable and caused back pain.

The staff, especially Kaiser and Martha, were friendly and helpful. Our junior suite had ample space and a spa bath. The breakfast, though continental, was complimentary and could be delivered to our room.

I recently had a fantastic 4 night stay in a hotel located right in the heart of the city. This hotel was an excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were well-appointed with all the basic amenities I needed, including enough sockets to charge my devices. I especially appreciated the spacious bathroom and the comfortable beds, with a full bed and an additional single bed for extra flexibility. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast served in a cozy area with a few tables for two. This hotel's prime location on a quiet street in the center of Rome meant that all the key sites were within easy walking distance, making my sightseeing adventures incredibly convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and cosy, perfect for a short city break. The staff were super friendly and gave us lots of advice on places to visit. The location was amazing, near the Piazza Spagna and within walking distance to all the major attractions. We also loved the fact that there were many restaurants and shops nearby. The continental breakfast served in the room was generous and nicely presented.
